INTEGRATION OF A SMALLER OR A LARGER NUMBER OF ASANA / YOGA POSITIONS INTO A WHOLE FLOWING CONTINUOUSLY, LIKE CHOREOGRAPHY IS VINYASA FLOW.

“NYASA” means destination, and “VI” means “in a special way”.

According to this, Vinyasa flow is a way of performing yoga / yoga style in which we have an uninterrupted series of yoga positions connected by breath. All the while the movement flows in a certain way, with complete awareness. Ancient tantric traditions used vinyasa consciousness; although the body was motionless, it was consciousness that moved from point to point with certain mantras or other tools. One of the oldest examples of vinyasa is the ancient sequence "Greeting to the Sun" in which the 7 basic asanas are connected by the breath into one whole consisting of 12 positions.

VINYASA is synonymous with movement. Movement is an expression of life. It is in our nature to move. Pure motion is wave, rhythm, vibration, frequency, vibration. Everything in creation is vibrating, from the movement of planets to stars, the Earth, the waves, the oceans, the wind in the branches of trees. The whole of nature is rhythmically driven by these impulses of creation. Our body is a body of consciousness, the whole universe of consciousness in motion, constantly changing, from moment to moment, every hour, day, month and season. Our body is an expression of these rhythmic relationships, impulses of intelligence, which are sometimes disrupted due to a stressful lifestyle, and VINYASA flow is one of the ideal ways to harmonize the rhythms of the individual body with the rhythms of nature.

Characteristics of Vinyasa

1. generating heat in the body resulting in increased sweating (detox) ...

2. it can be practiced in a dynamic and energetic way, but it can also be practiced in a slower, softer recuperative way ...

3. movement with the breath - the breath initiates the movement in vinyasa…

4. Lots of transitions and dynamics ...

5. divine vinyasa emphasizes the STABILITY of the body & mind, that nothing goes beyond the natural form of movement and being.

WELFARE

• generates heat in the muscles, which increases their flexibility…
• The repetitive nature of vinyasa / continuity of movement deepens your movements from sequence to sequence, which completely removes psychophysical tensions and blockages, and the range of motion increases… This brings a flexible and healthy calf.
• improves the circulation of synovial fluid, which leads to "lubrication" of your joints and brings a feeling of lightness of the body…
• alternating contraction and stretching of muscles improves general blood circulation as well as venous inflow…
• tissue oxygenation removes the feeling of lethargy / heaviness and brings clarity of mind, as well as a feeling of lightness / freshness…
• balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which is manifested in:
a) better / easier coping with stress

b) better sleep

c) increased immunity and easier fight against diseases, viruses and inflammation

d) better performance of your brain

e) slowing down aging

f) increasing the quality of life
• Continuity of movement with extreme attention to the BREATH brings your mind into a FLOW state - PRESENT MOMENT.

WHO IS THIS STYLE FOR?

Vinyasa style of yoga is adored by people with a more pronounced "yang" nature, which gives them a characteristic of dynamism, energy, and often have the feeling that they have to "blow out" somewhere. This includes athletes and adventurers.
Since yin and yang can never be separated, so we in divine vinyase classes always end every hour by relaxing and nurturing your yin aspect of existence. In this way we enable everyone; and people with a predominantly yin nature, as well as those with yang to get the most out of the watch.
Vinyasa is not for people with more serious spinal injuries, nor for beginners.
