ONLINE DIVINE HATHA YOGA ACADEMY

Welcome to our online themed programs and workshops. All our workshops are a blend of ancient knowledge from India, Egypt, China, Japan all the way to Western bioenergy, kinesiology and kinesitherapy, not just classical yoga. Therefore, you will also find exercises for meridians, especially in the next therapeutic workshops, such as for all spinal problems and the like.  In addition to physical exercises, you will also learn specific mudras (energy seals), breathing techniques, acupressure points, self-massage or steam massage techniques (elements of Thai massage), visualizations and affirmations for a specific problem. Expect a holistic approach.  

 

We are sure that you will find something for yourself, whether you are a yoga beginner, a more advanced practitioner or a yoga instructor. We want to share our knowledge with everyone who works in the field of PHC, sports & recreation, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, as animations in tourism, with children and adults. The programs are structured so that you can easily run them yourself at home. Of course, if questions arise during the internship, we are at your disposal ...
